Scopes and specific terms of use for each of our products / services are included at the designated product / service pages and/or linking pages, and all the information, details and specific terms included therein are an integral part of these Terms. By accessing or using our website and products / services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our consulting services include the following service (and product where applies) formats: "Instant Inquiry", "Quick Call", "Consulting Meeting", and "FITNESS Score ™" service as well as its output "Strategic Analysis Result" (S.A.R.) presented in report & deck / presentation formats, and all the services presented or might be presented under "minicore analytics" brand.

Once you enroll to FITNESS Score Session & complete the session having received your S.A.R., you will also be offered up to three "Consulting Meeting"s free of charge in order to help you clarify any open points & answer your questions in executing your S.A.R.

Our speaking services include the following service (and product where applies) formats: "Special Seminar" and "Keynote Speech".

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

This website and all products and services are offered in English. Unless otherwise agreed, you will receive the consulting and speaking services in English language. If mutually agreed by client and Mehmet Can Arslan before the actual delivery of the service, the consulting and speaking services might also be offered in Turkish, as well.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. 

The prices we charge for using our products / services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products / services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed show the total amount to be paid by our clients and include VAT. For our speaking services, additional travel and accommodation charges might apply and these charges will be added to the amount to be paid during the finalization of the booking.

The fee for the products / services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the products / service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, should be paid in advance of the delivery of products / services (advance payment). Booking requests for our consulting and speaking services become effective only after the successful transaction & receipt of your payment as confirmed by us for your manual payments including wire transfer, eft etc., or by the payment gateway used on our website for other payment methods including credit / debit cards, third-party payment providers etc. You will receive a confirmation message via the email you provide while booking. The receipts for our consulting and speaking services are issued to the client who booked the service, and not the business entity he / she is affiliated with if any. The receipts are also delivered electronically to the email you provided during booking, and only after the service is completed (in case a money-back guarantee is offered as stated below, receipts are sent after money-back period ends & if no refund is requested by the client). Clients are supposed to follow payment instructions & use bank account information shared on this website to complete their payments. We do not assume any responsibility for any payments made to any receiving accounts or via any payment services other than the ones listed on this website. In such a case, we will neither be providing the client with any products / services nor refunding their payments made to other accounts / individuals / organizations.

We might offer money-back guarantee for some of our products / services (e.g. FITNESS Score ™), and we might offer this to all or some of our clients depending solely upon our discretion. Unless otherwise stated by ourselves, our standard money-back guarantee offer involves a 30-day money-back guarantee with unconditional full refund based on client demand. If our client is offered money-back guarantee, is not satisfied with our service, and lets us know their dissatisfaction in writing via email, we will be fully refunding the net payment they have made during their purchase & that they have transferred to our bank account minus the transfer costs (e.g. bank commissions & any other costs incurred by us both for inbound & outbound EFT/SWIFT transactions. Please refer to Prices and Rates for All Services | Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (isbank.com.tr) for commissions effective). The refund will also be in the same currency as in the payment. In case of a refund request, it is client's responsibility to inform us about the full bank account & transfer details for us to successfully complete the refund. We make a refund order in 2 business days following the written refund request, and share the transfer receipt with the client via email. We might also stop offering money-back guarantee any time (although money-back guarantee already offered to a client continue to hold until guarantee period ends), or change the conditions that apply to the guarantee including period duration (e.g. 30 days).

Turkish citizens resident in Turkey are supposed to pay the Turkish Lira (TRY) equivalent of the listed prices for our services and should not make any payment in USD as per existing regulations. They are supposed to complete either: (i) a manual payment by transferring the TRY equivalent of the amount to be paid to our TRY bank account as instructed by our manual payment process steps (in this case, The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey Effective USD/TRY Exchange Rate should be used for conversion), (ii) or an online payment through our payment gateway with their credit / debit cards associated with a TRY account (in this case, your local bank should automatically convert the amount to be paid in USD to its effective TRY equivalent). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mehmet Can Arslan assumes no liability or responsibility for any payments Turkish citizens resident in Turkey make in USD either by their consent or due to their local bank failing to convert the amount to be paid in USD to TRY. Such a payment by no means imply these Terms to become effective or the requested / booked service to be delivered. We may, without prior notice, change the currency used on this website to list the prices of the products / services anytime.

Depending on your email settings, messages we send to your email might be marked as spam / junk and therefore not reach your inbox on time or at all. Hence, it is solely your responsibility to track the receipt of any emails that are expected from our end. If you provide us with your phone number during booking. we might also send you text messages / SMS notifications related to your booking confirmation or any other messages related to your booking request. In case of dispute, our email and communication records will be valid.

Our consulting and speaking services are non-refundable. That is, once our clients book and pay for our consulting and speaking services, no cancellation and refund or change requests will be allowed. If the client who booked a service and any party that are expected to accompany the client during the time of the service do not show up on the booked date, time or venue (including online sessions), this implies the termination of the booked service without any refund to the client. On the other hand, if M. Can Arslan needs to cancel or change an already booked and paid service for some indispensable reason, he reserves the right to do so with prior notice to client and by offering the necessary re-arrangement or refund option that client will choose. For cancellation & refund policy related to our books and courses, please refer to the terms and policies of their respective marketplaces, i.e. Amazon.com and Udemy.com.

For consulting services, it is clients' responsibility to provide information requested by Mehmet Can Arslan in the most accurate, reliable and complete manner. Failing to provide the required information or failing to provide it in an accurate, reliable and complete manner might result in the degradation of quality or integrity of the recommendations offered by Mehmet Can Arslan. In such a case, Mehmet Can Arslan assumes no liability or responsibility for any dissatisfaction clients might experience.

For speaking services, it is client's responsibility to make all the necessary arrangement requested by Mehmet Can Arslan for the successful delivery of the speech booked. These arrangement requests might be related to transportation, accommodation, physical arrangements concerning the room / hall / facility / building where speech will be delivered (e.g. audio / video / display setup, recording and/or photography, seating arrangement, lighting, temperature, snacks to be served if any, coffee break areas etc.), arrangements related to the audience (e.g. promotion and announcements, audience logistics etc.), and/or any other requests that are not mentioned here and relevant to the speaking service booked.

In case we become unable to provide the service that has been booked and payed by the client at the designated date or time, or if we need to pause or stop providing the service due to some reason (including those related to technical issues, power outages etc.) after the service session has already started we reserve the right to reschedule the service booking aligning also with client's availabilities. If the reason for us to reschedule the service is a force major one, we are not supposed to provide the client with a full refund. On the other hand, if we need to cancel the service or terminate it without rescheduling it, we will provide the client with a full refund. In case of such a refund, conditions related to money-back refunds as stated above apply.

We may, without prior notice, change the format, content or any other attribute of our products / services; stop providing the products / services or any features of the products / services we offer; or create limits for the products / services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products / services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

In case we choose to offer this feature in the future, all users that join a community have a public profile that is publicly visible to site visitors, and that their public activity (such as their posts or comments) will be visible to other visitors of the website. A user of the website can always opt-out and exit the community, and upon doing so, such user’s profile will not be publicly visible. Naturally, in such event the user will not be able to use the community features (e.g. liking, commenting or writing posts).
